After exploring "fair curves" in so much depth this week, I began to question the use of curves in architecture. Industrial and Interior designers utilize curves in the majority of their work, sometimes exclusively. It is not uncommon to find some gadget these days comprised entirely of curved pieces. But it is rare to find a building or other structure that relies so heavily on this "fair curve". After some research, I came across a website that featured photos and descriptions of such buildings. It is interesting to compare and contrast these examples to common building styles.
